Apex Training's aim is to deliver high quality Mountain leader, SPA, WGL and caving qualifications that are administered through the MLTE and the BCA. Refresher courses and re-assessments for these awards are regularly organised throughout the year.

The company is directed by Paul Platt and courses are delivered in the Lake District and the Yorkshire Dales. Apex Training has been operating as a provider of National Governing Body (NGB) awards since the late 1990's and has an excellent reputation. We now deliver up to nine ML assessments and nine ML training courses each year, this makes us one of the largest providers of this award in the UK.

This ensures that our staff are current, well-practised and very experienced, not just as mountaineers in their own right, but also as trainers and assessors of the UK NGBs.
