With this information our staff are better informed so as to be able to make your time with Apex Training more rewarding and safer. Please inform our staff of any changes between time of booking and the start of the course.

Fees

To confirm a booking full payment or a deposit of £100 should be paid as soon as possible. This can be paid by cheque or BACS. A booking without payment or deposit is provisional and can only be held for seven days. Deposits are non returnable.

• The balance of the course fee is due 30 days before the start date.
• A non returnable deposit of £100 per person or full payment should be sent via a cheque or BACS within seven days to confirm a place. Bookings without payment are provisional and therefore not guaranteed.

• I am aware that if I cancel for any reason the deposit is non refundable.
• If a reserve for my place is found this may change.
• If I cancel 14 days to 30 days before the course start I lose 75% of course fee.
• If I cancel 1 to 14 days before the course start I lose 100% of course fee. 
• I am aware it is my responsibility to obtain personal insurance prior to the start of the course (insurance links here).
• I acknowlege that bookings are accepted on the understanding that Apex Training safety regulations are observed.I accept that Apex Training, is not under any liability whatasoever of loss or damage to personal property, not caused by the negliglence or default of Apex Training or instructors working with Apex Training.

• I accept that participation in adventurous activities entails some risk of injury. Apex Training and asscoiate instructors are trained and fully qualified for the acitivity sessions they run and will at all times proceed in a manner to limit the risk of injury. However course candidates must accept that accidents and injury may occur.
